Presale Engineer

Currently we are looking for Demo Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and pain points to define most optimal scenario of product demonstration
• Design product demonstration scenario detailing end-to-end customer journey and required customizations
• Customize creatio products to design functionality described in scenario
• Participate in customer product demonstration meetings
• Maintain presales team library and updates with useful solutions
• Fill-out and coordinate tender documentation preparation

What we expect:

• English at least upper-intermediate level
• Preferred knowledge of the following systems: CRM, ERP, marketing automation, accounting systems, workflow systems, etc.
• Knowledge of BPMN is preferable
• High level of analytical skills
• High level of self-organization and planning
• Fast learner, responsible, proactive, attentive to details
