Engagement Manager

Требования:

 2+ years of experience of working in the sphere of QA/engagement/BA/project management/sales

Knowledge, understanding, and experience in working with various methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall,..)

Proved knowledge of technologies and understanding of the development process

Proved understanding of technical aspects of various business domains

Experience in the preparation and presentation of proposals and related project materials for the potential clients

Proved knowledge of risk assessment and management

Upper-Intermediate English

Technical background would be a plus

Обязанности: 

Managing and organizing the pre-sales team

Cooperating with the Project Management Office

Collecting client demands in accordance with business needs (conducting a primary collection of demands and requirements, engaging Project Managers and developers to make the offer to a client)

Assessing risks

Preparing the time estimation for project development (preparing documentation on the project to pass it to the development team)

Designing solutions

Preparing proposals

Preparing a resource plan

Organizing written and oral communication between the client and the team
