It is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) developing and implementing emergency, post-emergency and development programs since 1994. The programs belong to the field of water supply, hygiene and sanitation, civil construction (housing), food security, rural development (livelihood), social, educational and psychosocial support (protection). In 2022, its dedicated teams work in 11 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. TGH has been operating in Ukraine since June 2016.

General objective of the position:

The English Corporate Teacher is responsible for delivering English language instruction to corporate clients in a professional and effective manner. The teacher will develop and deliver curriculum that meets the specific needs and goals of the client, including improving communication skills, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Additionally, the teacher will track and report on student progress, adapt teaching techniques as needed, and provide feedback to students to help them achieve their language goals.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and deliver English language courses that meet the needs of corporate clients.
• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that promote student participation and learning.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress through regular assessments and progress reports.
• Provide ongoing feedback to students to help them improve their language skills.
• Use a variety of teaching techniques and materials to engage and motivate students, including multimedia tools and technology.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field.
• Teaching certification (e.g. TESOL, CELTA, TEFL) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language to adults, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and techniques.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective lesson plans and curriculum.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other teaching software and technology
