Senior Financial Controller

Vacancy: Financial Controller

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain regular financial reports including monthly plan-fact analysis, annual operating forecasts, working capital analysis for the company's business segments
• Own development, preparation, and distribution of the annual operating and capital expenditure budgets of the business segments under coverage
• Serve as a finance partner to senior leaders of the business segments under coverage
• Develop financial analysis/models to determine financial impact of business decisions and investment projects, prepare ad hoc financial analyses
• Use financial analysis and business knowledge to identify financial issues and opportunities to optimize results and to drive management decisions
• Develop business requirements for ERP system modifications for the technical team
• Oversee financial controllers who assist with specific business segments

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including data models; familiarity with data warehouses is a plus
• Experience with P&L reports maintenance
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts preferably demonstrated through relevant certifications
• Strong analytical skills
• 3+ years work experience in finance roles
