Here's what we need from you:

Proven expertise in Lead Generation 
Fluent English (B2 or higher) 
Familiarity with the most common lead-gen tools 
A structured thinker who knows how to prioritize tasks 
Understanding of commonly used IT technologies and the ability to learn new ones quickly 
A knack for discovering new lead generation channels and automating the process 
Negotiation skills to pave the way with potential customers 
Innovate and modernize our lead gen strategy to stay ahead of the game 
Ability to communicate with potential clients and set up introductory meetings/calls 
Follow-up skills to keep our clients in the loop 
A detail-oriented mindset to keep our CRM system updated and accurate 
Know-how to source leads through various search tools 
Skills to qualify, segment, and profile leads effectively 
Manage cold email/LinkedIn campaigns like a pro 
A drive to meet or exceed daily quotas for generating new leads 

Bonus Points if you:

Have experience starting the lead generation process on platforms like Upwork, Clutch, or LinkedIn from scratch 
Are eager to develop into a Head of Lead Generation or Sales Manager 
Can automate bids on freelance marketplaces
