Position: HR Manager
Job requirements:
- close cooperation with Regional/Group HR & with local managers
- creation of local HR strategy in close cooperation with local management with a supervision of Regional HR
- creation, introduction and operating of HR processes
- support of company's 3 units: as Operations, Sales, Finance
- full responsibility, supervision and managing of recruitments (white & blue collar)
- ensure number of staff according to the approved FTE budget
- create compensation and benefit policy in line with Group/Regional requirements
- strong involvement in defining salaries & wages
- full responsibility and management of pre- and onboarding process (working contract, job description, administration)
- responsibility and supervision according to labor code of health and safety (white & blue collars)
- create & implement a training plan in close cooperation with the management team and Regional HR
- health and safety management - Ensure that company employees are fully meeting the Health and Safety Standards
- policies to introduce and give regular training
- supervision of payroll together with Finance Manager
- participation in management meetings
- regular F2F with management team
Education: finalized University degree
Requirements & Competencies:
- min. 3 years professional experience in HR, preferably in positions as HR generalist/Business Partner/Manager
- strong operational capabilities to drive processes and execution of key initiatives
- strong influencing and communication skills in order to build effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and to shape the Company Culture
- strong, stable personality/character with clear, transparent and clean values
- systematic approach
Duty, responsibility: member of the local top management supervision of payroll and personal files all HR related procedures, documents
Computer skills: Excel, Word, ERP
Language skill: Ukrainian, English - advanced, spoken & written fluency
