THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Flight Dispatcher, your primary focus will be to ensure all operation services are coordinated effectively with all key stakeholders and vendors in line with the customer needs. 

Futher, to be accountable and responsible to Flight Operations Supervisor for all matters pertinent to the daily running of the operation according to Tango Aero rules and regulations in line with the approval of authorities and responsibilities assigned.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Obtaining CAA over flight and landing clearances
  
• Provision of Flight Briefing package (FPL, NOTAMs, Weather)
• Runway Analysis and Mass/Balance Calculations
• Crew duty time monitoring, schedule adjustments according to current delays or changes
• Work with service providers and cross-functional departments to make sure efficient and smooth flight support.
• Controls and delivers effectively both air and ground operations services for customers
• Handles and responds to customer requests, accurately, resourcefully and tactfully.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in aviation area, at least 1 year experience working in an ad-hoc flight operations environment
• Knowledge of planning software (preferably PPS, ARINC)
• Knowledge of METAR / TAF, SLOT regulations, CHMI / Eurocontrol tools
• Understanding of IATA / FAA regulations such as ground handling and airport operations (desirable)
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills
• Fluent English both written and verbal
• Degree in Aviation (desirable)
  
• University degree (desirable)
