Junior Customer Support Specialist

The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems.
Working Schedule: 15:30 - 00:00 Monday-Friday
Mandatory Requirements:
- basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
- good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- good written and spoken English;
Main Responsibilities:
- provide excellent support to customers via phone calls;
- create and process support tickets;
- Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
- Ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customers in resolving end-user telephony-related issues;
- Ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers.
