Position includes involvement on 2 projects:

Project 1. Internal Employee Management Software. Development and implementation of new functionality for Intellias in-house time-tracking system and corporate site support. The system provides functionality for efforts reporting by employees and time-sheets creation for projects invoicing needs. High demand for new functionality and integrations of our system with other corporate systems is caused by Intellias' active growth. The project development team works within Business process management department, which plays a key role at Intellias in the development of the company. BPM drives and manages corporate change management, process improvement and automation.

Project 2. Internal Analytics system. Our Corporate Analytics team is designing a platform that enabling transformation into a data-driven organization. In pursuit of this strategic goal, we are looking for a Test Engineer to join our team and help us build the platform which is crucial to our business success.

Responsibilities:

• Involvement on the 2 projects;
• Analyze and document features of the product and business requirements;
• Write and maintain test documentation (test case, bug report, test plan etc);
• Internal technical documentation creating and support;
• Execution functional, acceptance, regression, performance testing;
• Communication with other departments and team members on a daily basis;
• Participating in meetings, and requirements discussions;
• Estimation of testing efforts;
• Analysis and prioritization Issues from users;
• Being an active member of the team, suggesting improvements of the processes to increase the quality of the product and performance of the team;
• Manage various data sources and connection between them.

Must have skills:

• 2+ years of testing experience (straight involved in software development);
• Understanding of main principles of software testing theory;
• Ability to formulate a problem clearly and laconically;
• Good communication skills, team working;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams;
• Knowledge of software development process, testing lifecycle understanding;
• Experience with JIRA/other bug tracking tools;
• CSS, HTML, Rest API;
• Good knowledge of browser Dev Tools;
• Advanced user experience with Windows (Terminal, Command-Line, browsers etc);
• Experience of working with databases, SQL;
• Experience of working with Version Control Systems (Git, etc);
• Intermediate level of English language.

Nice to have skills:

• Understanding principles cloud-based database data storage;
• Understanding data modelling concepts;
• Testing experience with analytics tools (Power BI, etc);
• Understanding of CI\CD processes;
• QC Metrics gathering and maintenance experience;
• Automation testing basic skills;
• Experience of working with Postman and JMeter.
