Content Marketing Specialist (HR Marketing Direction)

Project Overview:

Intellias HR Marketing Team is seeking a talented and highly motivated Content Specialist to support us in executing both internal & external communication strategies. We want our new team member to be curious about the business and its growth opportunities and to have a experience in marketing and/or communications.

Responsibilities:

• Create content to communicate with our employees clearly and effectively using marketing channels;
• Prepare content to enhance our marketing plan using multiple internal and external communication channels;
• Partner with HR Department to ensure our values are communicated to employees in the most effective way;
• Support the team with SEO-optimized content for different domains;
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist to improve our search rankings;
• Work on video scripts, interviews, etc.;
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Educational background in philology, journalistic or related field preferred;
• 2 years of experience in content marketing;
• Experience in SMM;
• Good understanding of IT Industry;
• Advanced level of English;
• Ability to quickly acquire knowledge in new fields and passion for learning.
