Plus500 Ukraine consists of customer support department and client verification department, and located in Kyiv, in the center of the capital. Our 30 highly skilled and passionate team members are working in one of the best office environments in Ukraine, having the chance to contribute, learn and share in cosy, friendly and supportive, yet professional and stimulating international environment provided by SD solutions.

Currently we are working remotely mostly but our friendly office is always open for visiting and working from there.

•Good writing skills,

Upper-intermediate English,

•Ability to work with details and handle big volumes of tasks, tight deadlines and stress,

•Problem-solving attitude,

•Willingness to work on shifts including night-shifts

What will you be doing:

•Provide information about financial instruments and services of the company;

•Respond to customer requests for installation, registration and regular operations with client’s software;

•Provide support regarding technical, trading and financial issues to customers queries by email and chat;

•Verify the request details with the customer;

•Research and answer questions and solve problems for a complete customer’s satisfaction;

•Follow up on the successful completion of each case;
