SiTime Ukraine is currently looking for a Customer Engineer.
Customer Engineer in Customer Engineering group will be responsible for technically supporting SiTime customers. Activities will include direct support such as answering questions, debugging customer hardware, and infrastructure development such as custom hardware and scripting for automated data collection, education material such as application notes.
Providing technical support for SiTime customers, analyze customer applications and requirements for oscillators;
Modeling application response to oscillators timing characteristics (Phase noise, jitter analysis);
Design and simulation of test boards for evaluation of high performance MEMS oscillators (Altium Designer);
Running automated measurements of electrical characteristics of MEMS oscillators, processing the results and generating test reports;
Contributing to infrastructure projects (schematic creation/review, measurements scripts update/release, test automation efforts etc.);
Creation of customer collateral such as application notes, training videos, custom performance reports;
Mentoring Junior Engineers and interns.
Qualifications & Requirements
MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or equivalent;
3+ years of experience preferred;
Good understanding of analog and digital electronics;
Electronic schematics and PCB layout designs development in Altium software is preferred;
Preferred experience in Mathlab and Python development languages;
Hands on experience with measurement equipment: oscilloscopes, frequency counter, etc.;
General and technical English is intermediate or higher.
