THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for someone to fill an essential role in our Kyiv Recruitment Team, taking a lifecycle approach to recruitment processes, contributing to our talented group, and driving our company to new heights. 

THE PERSON

Qualifications & experience:

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment

• Knowledge of the local IT market

• Understanding of the IT-sphere and recruitment processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Upper-intermediate English

• Experience conducting interviews 

• Experience in market analysis and report preparation

• Creative approach to sourcing 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full lifecycle recruitment: Lead/manage all aspects of the recruitment process by sourcing the best talent, conducting effective and insightful screening, and coordinating interviews

• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to ensure an ongoing pipeline of external candidates

• Maintain candidate dialogue during the recruitment process and ensure that their experience is as positive as possible

• Maintain the candidate and corporate databases

• Participate in recruitment strategy development

• Attend job fairs and recruitment events

• Develop and maintain data-collation procedures and handle data requests as required

• Take a proactive role in building a strong employment brand within the local market
