Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in lead generation in IT field, a strong grasp of the English language, and a proven track record with LinkedIn marketing and cold email outreach. Responsibilities: 

1. Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads.

2. Work with LinkedIn, cold emails, and other platforms for prospecting and establishing initial contact.

3. Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and assess their suitability.

4. Maintain a consistent pipeline of contacts and leads to meet or exceed set quotas.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to optimise lead generation strategies.

6. Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring all communications, actions, and opportunities are logged accurately.

7. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities. 

Requirements: 

1. Minimum of two years of experience in lead generation or a similar role in IT industry.

2. Proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation and networking.

3. Proven track record in conducting effective cold email campaigns.

4. Upper intermediate level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.

5. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

8. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
