Our client, the representative office of an international company has opened a position of
Customer Service/ Logistics Coordinator
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Orders management (full cycle will local country specifics)
Oversee transportation status (trucks monitoring)
Documents workflow controlling and optimisation
Claims, reclamation and compensation processing
Daily, weekly, monthly reporting
APO(forecasting) and Customer Stock management
Implementation of group wide processes and regulations
Leadership in accordance with company culture and strategy
The ideal candidate will possess:
University degree
2 years of experience in Logistics or other relevant experience combined with strong desire to develop in the sphere of logistics
Highly Numerate/Strong analytical skills
Very good in Communication, Negotiation and Problem Solving
High level of Stress Resistance and Customer Focus
Strong Team player
Able to manage and work on a broad span of tasks
Upper intermediate English level
