Our client, the representative office of an international company has opened a position of

Customer Service/ Logistics Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Orders management (full cycle will local country specifics)

• Oversee transportation status (trucks monitoring)

• Documents workflow controlling and optimisation

• Claims, reclamation and compensation processing

• Daily, weekly, monthly reporting

• APO(forecasting) and Customer Stock management

• Implementation of group wide processes and regulations

• Leadership in accordance with company culture and strategy

The ideal candidate will possess:

• University degree

• 2 years of experience in Logistics or other relevant experience combined with strong desire to develop in the sphere of logistics

• Highly Numerate/Strong analytical skills

• Very good in Communication, Negotiation and Problem Solving

• High level of Stress Resistance and Customer Focus

• Strong Team player

• Able to manage and work on a broad span of tasks

• Upper intermediate English level
