Required skills:

 

At least four years experience as Chief Accountant;

Previous experience as a Chief Accountant in IT company;

Good understanding of IT Accounting workflow;

Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in 1C: Accounting for Ukraine, 1C: Salary and Human Resources, MS Office (Excel, Word);

Level of English: Intermediate (highly recommended);

Understanding the nuances of working with Individual Entrepreneurs on a flat tax;

Experience with payment systems such as TransferWise, Paysera, etc. will be a plus.

Recommendations from the previous places of work will be a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Manage the financial and tax and accounting in accordance with Ukrainian standards;

The allocation of VAT on taxable and non-taxable operations;

Calculation and payment of wages of employees;

Maintaining personnel documentation for employees, vacation schedules, hiring, dismissal, etc.

Invoicing for projects using HubStaff; and payment control. Interaction with the customer and PMs;

Payment of compensation to subcontractors (Individual Entrepreneurs) from foreign and Ukrainian companies; - Maintaining internal accounting of payments for Individual Entrepreneurs;

Plan and manage cash flows and manage budgeting company expenses;

Cooperate with controlling authorities;

Manage and coordinate tax audits;

Coordinate the work of external accountants managing foreign LLCs;

Control all banking operations:

Checking contracts with customers using a checklist;

Conduct a month-end and year-end close process;

Preparation and submission of reports;

Develop and implement business processes and accounting policies to support and strengthen internal controls.
