Customer Support Representative

We invite you to join our team as Customer Support Representative who will be the first contact point for ABBYY in providing support and customer satisfaction. This position requires the person to maintain a professional communication with customers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support incoming issues from customers and respond accordingly
• Isolate and reproduce product issues, file reports and assist in providing timely workarounds and fixes to our customers
• Provide consultative advice to customers related to usage of ABBYY products
• Escalate issues to proper management with complete information
• Follow up with customers when promised/scheduled
• Other activities as assigned

Mandatory Skill Set/Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate and higher level of English
• Intermediate or upper-intermediate level of German
• Ability to quick identify problems and define solutions
• Ability to grasp product and technical knowledge quickly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent work standards and high motivation
• Understand basic IT knowledge in installing software and OS (Windows/Mac OS) features
• Understand basic IT knowledge in mobile Apps and OS (Android/iOS) features
• Higher education, recent graduates or final years students
