Ecombix is the company in the eCommerce industry with two brands, GoMage and Sellbery. The first is a Magento development company with 9 years on the market and 900+ developed projects (and not less satisfied customers). And Sellbery is a multi-channel listing platform that is relatively new on the market but is making solid progress.

 

 

As a Chief Financial Officer, you will have an opportunity to join Ecombix as the company embarks on the next ambitious phase of its growth.

 

As part of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and the Board Members with regards to all aspects of the commercial ambitions and direction of the business. Their overall goal will be to support the executive team in maximizing Ecombix's revenues and profits to enable continued sustainable growth.

 

What You'll Do

  • Provide executive leadership in the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives;
  • Offer recommendations to enhance financial performance and commercial opportunities;
  • Provide oversight and optimize operational excellence within the internal accounting and finance function;
  • Shape and implement yearly financial objectives that align with Ecombix's plans for growth and expansion and collate robust financial reporting to review progress against forecast;
  • Effectively manage relationships with key external stakeholders from a financial perspective;
  • Review and enhance the company's financial IT systems and processes;
  • Manage a team of accountants and accounting technicians across Finland and Ukraine sites.

  • An experienced senior leader with a track record of delivering ambitious goals in fast-growing organizations;
  • An effective communicator who is able to write and speak clearly;
  • A natural collaborator with a track record of bringing together diverse, cross-functional teams;
  • Good with numbers, bringing significant experience of business planning, budgeting, and performance management;
  • Confidence with technology, including experience of how digital products are built and how technology is used to drive productivity;
  • Sound business judgment, the ability to identify and proactively manage risks, and experience of leading change effectively;
  • Excellent people management skills and the ability to coach and support diverse teams to achieve great things;
  • Experience of delivering on large scale contracts with medium/enterprise businesses.
