We are looking to hire a highly efficient Revenue Cycle Manager.

Responsible for (but not limited to):
This position supports and coordinates revenue cycle functions (productivity, compliance, accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency).
This role is responsible for establishing, meeting, and exceeding operational workflow, productivity, and results in standards related to the above functions.
The position also organizes, manages, and monitors the performance of the revenue cycle.
Supervises staff and manages employee performance.
Provides on-going performance feedback, addresses problems, orients, and assists in training employees.
Participates in professional activities and organizations to maintain team member's high level of knowledge.
Provides and analyzes data and makes recommendations for improved efficiencies in the revenue cycle function.
Prepares operational reports and analyses reflecting progress.
Acts as a key resource on matters pertaining to the revenue cycle.
Performs regular review of the quality and skillsets of team resources.
Anticipates growth needs.
Collaborates with other departments to improve operations and revenue management.
The perfect candidate would have experience in managerial positions, preferably incorporate client relations/revenue cycle. Has a high level of English both written and spoken. Has an analytical mindset, plus being able to lead the team and conduct negotiations.
