§  Experience to work in the financial markets

§  Retention experience (obligatorily)

§  Ability to find an individual approach to each client

§  Stress resistance

§  Customer negotiation skills

§  Make and handle outgoing calls

§  Maintaining client portfolio

§  Accompanying the company's clients

§  Individual work with each client

§  Building long-term relationships

§  Work on customer retention
