Helpware is a global company providing outsourcing back-office services with offices in the USA, Brazil, Ukraine, and the Philippines. We help small businesses as well as enterprises to free-up their teams so they can focus on strategic high-value tasks that will move the dial for their businesses. We are growing and have an open position of Customer Support Representative.

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support;
- Build out macros in Zendesk;
- Identify areas to automate tasks and improve processes;
- Provide quality assurance for the rest of the team;
- Maintain a high CSAT score;
- Escalate any feature requests to the Client's team;
- Provide various administrative services on an as-needed basis.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Responsible, attentive to details;
- Experience in Customer Service/Customer support;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Experience with ZenDesk a requirement;
- Interest in cryptocurrency;
- Accounting background.
