Click Aviation Network is currently looking for an Flights Operations Supervisor for its office in Ukraine.

 

JOB PURPOSE

 

To be responsible in providing high standards of operation services and others to Click Aviation Network's customers. To effectively manage the Flight Operation Controller(s) for both air and ground operations control and ensure all operation services are coordinated with all key stakeholders and vendors in line with the customer needs. To be accountable and responsible to Operations Manager for all matters pertinent to the daily running of the operation according to Click Aviation Network rules and regulations in line with the approval authorities and responsibilities assigned.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage, support and assist flight controllers while ensuring regulatory compliance and avoidance in any flight disruptions in:
  • Оbtain over flight & landing clearances, PPRs and slots
  • Сoordinate effectively with GHA, fuel, catering, hotel and transportation suppliers/vendors for smooth handling of customer's flights
  • Prepare and type reports, orders, and schedules/movements pertaining to flight/aviation operations and flight/aviation safety
  • Compile, prepare, and distribute correspondence to relevant departments, such as flight operations reports and flight/aviation quality control reports
  • Oversee the modifications to regulations, curfews at the airports where Click Aviation Network's operators/customers are to land
  • Ensure that all operation activities provided to customers are achieved in compliance with Click Aviation Network corporate safety and security regulations, local laws, CAA and ICAO rules, regulations and standards.
  • Maintain aviation operations files and records:

 

o AIC (Aeronautical Information circulars)

 

o ANO (Air Navigation Orders) and Regulations.

 

o Company Operations Manuals

 

o Operational Notifications

 

o AIP/AIS

 

  • Manage on the day communication channels which interface with internal and external customers.
  • Deputize for the Operations Manager in his/her absence.
  • Represent Click Aviation Network externally and internally in the best interests of the company.
  • Provide leadership for Flight Controllers(s) to achieve optimum customer service standards.
  • Helps plan all training according to needs of staff and ensure all necessary training and development is provided/carried out within budget. Work on weekends, night shifts and public holidays

Experience

 

  • He/she must have at least 4 years' experience working in an Operational or Ad-Hoc environment
  • Proven operational experience in a role such as Airport Operations /Flight or Ground Operations or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge on ANO, AIC, IATA regulations such as ground handling, airport operations and/ or dangerous goods
  • Experience on flight planning systems such as Jepssen, SITA, AFTN etc. would be an advantage
  • Proven leadership skills and people management in multicultural environment

 

Qualifications

 

  • Degree in Aviation, or equivalent
  • Flight Operations/ Airport Operations/ Dispatcher or equivalent Aviation training
  • Licensed flight dispatcher would be an advantage
