Mid-Level/Senior Associate, Corporate/M&A

We are looking for a talented and ambitious colleague to join our Kyiv team in the position of Mid-Level/Senior Associate.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant Corporate/M&A experience at an international or a major Ukrainian law firm
• perfect legal research & drafting skills
• fluency in English (advanced level)
• 100% team-player
• desire to work in a challenging but rewarding professional environment
• pro-active attitude and will to grow, positive approach to work
• ability to learn quickly, analytical and complex thinking.

We will evaluate the following advantages:

• energy, real estate and/or tax law experience
• track record in moot court competitions
• LL.M. degree
• fluency in other languages
