Requirements:

  • Responsibility and fast reaction
  • Attention to details and pro-activeness
  • Upper Intermediate level of English
  • Relevant experience will be a plus

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assistance to Market Director
  • Administrative Team assistance
  • Supervision of the receptionist
  • Business travel support
  • Participation in social programs
  • Control of payments and documents flow
  • Management of office suppliers and service providers
  • Organization of corporate events, interaction with agencies
  • Participation in HR projects
