Tax Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Control of daily operations of supporting accounting service center
• Review of customers balance on monthly basic, control of correctness and timely correction
• Review of vendors balance on weekly basic, checking of open positions
• Monitor and analysis accounting data within monthly, quarterly and yearly closing
• Control the taxes are calculated and paid according to the local legislation; prepare statistic reports
• Calculation of VAT vouchers for: daily operations, additional VAT (materials and Fixed assets written-off, import of services, allocation)
• VAT accounts reconciliation
• Preparation and submit VAT declaration
• Re-conciliation of month-end procedures and balance sheet, adhere to internal and external deadlines (BSR)
• Import /export services account
• Fixed assets account; preparation of the documents for usage and write off: stationary, office equipment
• Communication with IT-TEAM during updating and/or developments of SAP, indicate and fix an issues

Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance/ Economics/Accounting
• More than 2 years of experience (Accounting, Taxes)
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and International accounting standards, Tax Code
• Excellent PC skills (SAP, 1C , M.E.Doc, MS Office)
• Proactivity, result-orientation
• Intermediate English
