Job Description (FULL TIME JOB, PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE IN SUMY)

As a White Label Agency’s WP Support, you will communicate and support our customers, edit content, maintain the websites, optimize the speed, work with markup, plugins and backups on websites.

What you will be doing

• Handle incoming requests for changes of content on existing websites. This can include, for example, changing a text or a picture, using the CMS system WordPress. Other tasks can be posting a blog post, or changing the spelling of a menu item.
• Handle incoming requests regarding site speed issues, improve it and help searching systems to rank websites.
• Implementing changes in markup of existing websites and solving different range of the tasks
• Monthly updating the plugins
• You will spend your time checking incoming requests on a digital ClickUp board, then handling the request which can entail logging into a WordPress site, changing a text or picture, and then writing a comment/email back to the owner of the website. It can also entail asking the customer to clarify their request for change.
• You will work in a team, where there will be developers, as well as sales representatives and your role will be to take care of the daily flow of requests, as well as ask for help from other team members when more technical questions arise.

Relevant experience and abilities

• Excellent written and speaking English;
• Organized and attentive to detail;
• Good communication skills;
• Computer literacy;
• Understanding of CMS WordPress;
• Experience with HTML / CSS;
• QA processes knowledge;
