Billing /Customer Support Manager

We are looking for smart, Еnglish proficient people with excellent communication skills and ability to process big amount of information:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week. Your regular weekly schedule will be Monday to Friday US hours (Eastern Standard Time ) hours from 8.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m EST (15.00 — 00.00 Kyiv)

Обязанности

• Communication with clients and primary data entry to the application program
• Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes
• Month-end closing of the billing group information
• Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes
• Special program/billing planning and implementation
