Your role:

• Preparation of corporate documents, review and drafting contracts of various types
• Full business legal support (marketing, sales, logistics & supply chain, production, finance etc.). Advising business and individuals on corporate, commercial and regulatory law matters
• Dealing with consumers’ claims and requests, authorities’ requests, internal and external audits, litigations
• Legal support of M&A projects, compliance and forensic investigations
• Legal & compliance trainings for business and functions, corporate policies development
• Conducting legal research and investigation

Your skills:

• Positive attitude and drive
• Strong team-player
• Experience in a similar position from 3+ years 
• Master's degree (legal education)
• Proficiency in English, German is a plus
