Your role:

• Develop and execute annual marketing plan (including brands' prioritization, portfolio management, new products introductions, consumer communication) for the assigned categories
• Be responsible for categories/brands P&L, including pricing, marketing budget management, category/brand profitability management
• Develop pricing strategies for brands, price monitoring and managing brands price increases
• Analyze all relevant market research and sales information to come up with efficient business decisions
• Develop and implement multi-channel advertising campaigns
• Co-operate both with local management but also with CEE headquarter to achieve common goals
• Control of the marketing budget of brands according to marketing plans
• Leading team of 2 BMs and JBM

Your skills:

• Positive attitude and drive
• Passionate marketeer that love having impact on reality
• Digital-affinity and experience with development & execution of Digital campaigns
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in Brand Management in FMCG field
• Team-player that like working in diverse teams
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Master's degree (ideally with sales/marketing/economics focus)
• Proficiency in English
