Financial Controller

Henkel Ukraine, the international FMCG company with many years of history and experience on the market, is looking for the Financial Controller.

Undertakes all aspects of financial management in Beauty Care, including following corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as all kind of variances analyses and internal control policies & procedures. Hands-on leader who is able to influence strategic business direction and envisions smart solutions.

Your role:

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, financial and accounting policies and internal procedures
• Ensure month end and quarter end closing in SAP
• Consolidate of financial statements for management review and external auditors
• Leading Company indirect CF forecast
• Assist to General Manager and CFO on financial and managerial reporting and provide advice to support the decision making process.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of short and long-term budgets and forecasts, strategic planning according to the company requirements for business
• Review monthly results and implement all required variance reporting and tools as compared to budget and vs last year
• Involve management teams and required functions into the budgetary control process, initiating regular meetings on deviations
• Be aware of changes in Ukrainian legislation and timely provide updates to the management and impact on business development
• On request to take part on financial controlling and cross-functional projects

Your skills:

• University degree (at least Bachelor) in Finance, Accounting or related areas

• Financial or Accounting certificates (ACCA, DipIFR) are strong pluses

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Understanding of accounting, financial analysis and financial planning

• Strong communication skills, assertiveness

• Logical mindset and strong analytical skills

• Business-oriented mindset

• Work experience with SAP
