Middle Game Designer

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Game Designer;
• Experience in the development and support of successful mobile and/or social games;
• Development of both the main game mechanics and additional mini-games and features, as well as justification of their feasibility;
• Writing a GDD;
• Balancing and setting up the gameplay, description requirements for the collection of statistics and its analysis;
• Understanding the specifics of mobile games;
• Ability to work with data and improve the project;
• Strategic thinking, benevolence, teamwork;
• Knowledge of basic analytical metrics for mobile games;
• Proactivity, ability to independently move tasks;
• Ability to clearly and structured formulate and express their thoughts orally and in writing.
