Does this relate to you?
- Valid, reliable experience in .NET development (3+ years).
- Experience or desire to work with VB.Net
- Good knowledge RDBMS (pref. MS SQL).
- Experience with version control systems.
- Knowledge of Finance domain will be ideal.
- Intermediate English.

About role and project:
Real estate assets valuation and modeling software. Solution helps to more than 1000 users do valuation and forecasting/modelling of cash flow of more than 7000 own and potential to buy properties. Solution simplifies financial modelling and scenarios building for leases, other revenue types and expenses. Resulting reports could be used by customers to provide to lenders for getting financing for purchase of modelled objects.
Main features: management of real estate objects (commercial, residential etc.) from intention to buy through full lifecycle till sale moment.
