Lead Generation Manager

Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Lead-Generation Specialist
who constantly develops their skills, monitors the quality of their work, and is a great team player. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team’s potential.

Вимоги:

• Good written English.
• Be familiar with web development lifecycle: searching+qualifying. (good to have)
• Experience with Upwork, Jira, social networks like Linkedin, Twitter, etc. (good to have).
• Proactive and always shows strong initiative.
• Good to have any experience in a pre-sales or sales position in an IT company

• Monitor the site job feed
• Writing letters to relevant job posts according to company criteria
• Impeccable communication with the Clients — managing and meeting their expectations.
• Gather and analyze response rate/statistics
