Financial Analyst

IMMER Group is urgently looking for Financial Analyst.

From the candidate we expect:

• Higher education (economic or mathematical)
• Work experience in a similar position from 2 years (working in Big-4 will be a big advantage)
• Knowledge of IFRS, Excel
• Proficiency in building financial models
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Experience with business analysis and with issue tracking, problem resolution, and reporting
• Exceptional persuasion, communication, organization, prioritization
• Analytical mind, efficiency in completing tasks
• Stress resistance, responsibility, attentiveness

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain cooperation with international financial institutions during regular review of Group's financial performance.
• Regularly update short-term cash flow model and analyze plan vs actual to assess the liquidity position of the Group.
• Maintaining 5-year financial model of the Group, critically assess the assumptions for reasonability, perform sensitivity tests.
• Provide constant analytical support to the teams of external advisors - Big-4, IB and Restructuring.
• Take part in the development of the action plan on working capital and operational management of the Group.
• Assists in preparation of Group MD&A report for the quarterly bank review.
• Supervise annual valuation of fixed assets accompanied by the development and approval of impairment model.
• Improve the analysis of client's financial performance with further recommendations on contract terms.
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
