Junior IT Sales Manager, Lead Generator

MaybeWorks is an IT Company, that is actively engaged in complex custom web development for small and mid-sized companies. Our clients are located in Western Europe and North America. The company is on the way of reaching bigger goals and extending the pool of clients, therefore we are expanding our Sales Crew.

What we expect from you:

• Excellent written English (Upper-Intermediate and higher);
• Strong written communication skills;
• To be detail-oriented and have a strong sense of responsibility;
• Eagerness and capability to always stay in touch with clients and upper management;
• Efficient time-management skills and agility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in managing freelancing platform accounts (UpWork).
• Tech savviness and a general understanding of IT subject field;
• Experience in direct communication with foreign clients.

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads mainly through Upwork Agency profile;
• Conduct research on Crunchbase, LinkedIn etc;
• Run both warm and cold leads by elaborating job invitations and submitting proposals for potential jobs;
• Work through & upgrade company sales pipeline along with the Sales Team;
• Run initial negotiations with prospects, identifying clients’ needs while providing clients with excellent communication;
• Collect statistical data and contacts for sales team expertise improvement and future endeavors.
