Job Description
This role builds strong links between HR strategy and business strategy. HRBP acts as an advisor to leadership on organizational and HR-related issues, including but not limited to, performance management, employee relations, change management, talent acquisition and employee engagement to promote and maintain a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the HRD, the HR Business Partner will support our Sales Team by:
Providing guidance on performance management including role/job definition, career pathing, setting performance expectations and annual performance reviews
Coaching managers to enhance their leadership skills and proactively address performance issues and career progression
Create an environment of open communication for employees to provide feedback and express concerns
Conduct exit interviews and provide Sales leadership with analysis and recommendations to help retain top talent
Assist with the communication and rollout of updated for new people programs and policies
Assist with the administrative support necessary for operation
Recommend and deliver new Human Resources approaches, policies and procedures
Maintain all necessary and current Employee Files and Documentation
Works as partner with HR specialist areas (L&D, Payroll, Recruiting).
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must have the ability to resolve employee relations issues as they arise and have the capacity to make sound decisions based on facts.
- Must have very strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with a diversity of ideas and opinions.
- Must be able to keep pace within growth and changing environments with managing competing priorities.
- Possesses a rational, confident and mature approach to decision making.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team setting and interact and build relationships across the organization.
Proficient in English (both verbal & written)
Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). BambooHR experience a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in a related discipline required;
Minimum 2 years experience in HR;
Experience supporting a Sales Teams preferred.
