TSG is a business infrastructure support provider for the growth of its founders' service-industry-ventures and the ventures of a close group of befriended serial entrepreneurs. We help our clients to identify the development phases and milestones of their HR, Finance and Marketing departments as they grow from 1-250 staff. For the launch of our HR service vertical we are looking for a (part-time) Senior HR Strategist in Lviv.
Responsibilities
- Manage a research project with a team of up to 10 people over a 6-9 months period;
- Manage the team of HR juniors and researchers who contribute to the project;
- Document the project as a first case study for other business infrastructure areas to follow;
- Create a systems & assets library, maps and overviews for each HR area that evolves over the journey from 1-250 employees;
- Create a consulting offer for HR outsourcing for UK service firms and test it in the market;
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all HR strategies are architected with a clear understanding of dependencies, connections, and risks.
Requirements
- Your verbal and written level of English is fluent and you can communicate with every level in a business;
- You have at least 10 years working experience in the field of HR and you're still curious to learn everything about it;
- You need to have project management experience and the ability to drive a project forward;
- You can instruct people in a clear manner and manage quality;
- You can demonstrate the ability to deal with ambiguities;
- You have the ability to synthesise large amounts of information into consumable frameworks and concepts to facilitate key decision making and set the future direction.
