IT Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled PM to join the team of an interesting project. Working on lean, XP principles apply, kanban Practice.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing outsourcing IT project (2+ years)
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, decision making, analytical and organizational skills
• Strong experience in managing medium/large projects in web application or mobile development area
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Team management experience
• Upper-Intermediate English (written, spoken)
• The knowledge and skills of software testing
• Understanding and skills to apply the principles of creating a user-friendly UI. Ability to prototype UI.

Duties:

• Lead the project using Agile methodology
• Lead communications with all project team members (developers,QA, product owners)
• Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings, control the speed of development and reporting
• Preparation of documents and releases
• Improvement and optimization of the current project management process
• To participate in the discussion of requirements and acceptance criteria
