Skills to shine:

• 2 years of working experience in HR, including 1 years' experience in C&B-related role;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel);
• Upper-Intermediate English level;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work accurately with high level of confidentiality.

You will do:

• ?Medical insurance support;?
• KPIs system implementation;
• Performance review process support;
• Assessment session support (360 assessment);
• Grading system development and implementation;
• Non-cash programs development;
• HR indicators creation;
• Flexible motivation implementation;
• Taking part in the preparation of the internal policy and procedures;
• Internal HR system administration;
• Taking part in budget process.
