Compliance Manager

Scania Credit Ukraine LLC, captive financing company that represents Scania in Ukraine, gladly announces the vacancy for the position of Compliance Manager.

Core responsibilities:

AML & control section:

• To create database for follow up on AML/PEP for customers on a regular basis with accordance to SCA policy requirements, and align with AML manager in HQ
• To ensure that customers are fulfilling obligations and provide all necessary documents for monitoring on basis that is stated in covenants, but not less that once per year.
• Drive and control quality of financial representative's suggestion on AML risk control, with supervision and check within sanctions list (EU etc.) and other databases available.
• Keep AML questionnaires' updated and follow up if there is a need to re-consider AML risk classification.
• To keep personnel knowledge and awareness on AML control and policy - testing and coaching.
• To fulfill Global Risk and Compliance Framework applicable for Business Unit and follow up with Compliance manager in HQ.

Compliance section:

• To create system of internal control on risks in Business unit.
• To know and mitigate possible risks for Business unit with accordance to risk management of HQ.
• To know & follow up requirements of regulator on leasing activity in Ukraine.
• To keep updated required documents and files that has to be published in WEB and available for customers and potential customers.
• To initiate and make changes in respected documents if regulator require that.
• To control limitations on business activity that regulator set as KPI's (Equity/Assets/other ratios) if applicable in legislation.
• To own a file - incident reporting and collect all incidents that happen in organization and workout them to prevent deterioration of business activity and reputation risk for company.
• To keep list of policies updated with HQ and local ones if applicable.
• To adapt HQ policies within local requirements and legislation and keep them updated.
• Together with Regional Credit controller to keep financial lease contracts and other documents related to the business with customers in shape - fulfill requirement of annual revision of that documents.
• To keep updated steering documents - charter, and related with accordance of local legislation.
• To monitor fulfillment of requirements of Charter document, PoA's and HQ requirements on daily business activity.
• To report on monthly basis to Regional Manager for compliance issues that could deteriorate business activity or create any business risk for company.
• Cooperation with Internal Audit when needed.

Core requirements:

• Master degree in banking law, general law, economics
• At least 2Y of related experience in Industry with sale background
• Strong theoretical background, any type of professional certificates will positively add to candidate CV
• Ukrainian/Russian/English - fluent writing and speaking
• Readiness to work with stress & big data
• Easy going for new things in business and adaptive
• Team player
• Driver licence CAT B
