Deputy CTO

DiPocket Limited, an international financial institution and Mastercard Principal issuer, is looking for Deputy CTO. Our search is primarily targeted at seasoned software development Tech Leads, who currently take care of systems architecture and design as opposed to PM functions.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for the technology stack of all company developed software, determining and leading the software architecture strategy as well as associated processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years overall experience in software development with a strong preference towards Java backend of high-availability systems
• 2+ years recent experience as Tech Lead or similar position responsible for the backend architecture and development strategy; Spring (SpringBoot, Data, Security, MVC), Gradle, Git, SQL, REST API, JUnit
• Experience at documenting and presenting the system architecture, given that patience to write, document, and present is an unavoidable feature of C-level executive's work
• Strong leadership mindset combined with the interpersonal skills necessary to cooperate with development teams and business side
