Receptionist/Marketing Assistant (outsource)

We are looking for a Receptionist/Marketing Assistant to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Next to that the role is responsible for assisting marketing department with different tasks and projects.

What will you be involved with?

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist's duties include office-management support and activities. You will welcome guests, coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

As a Marketing Assistant you will be handling documents flow of the marketing department and participating in marketing events organization upon need.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the office and direct them to the appropriate person and room
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Take care about general office management topics
• Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Ensure office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery, products and materials
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Work with contracts and payments
• Participate in marketing projects upon need
• Handle consumer requests

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or a similar role will be a plus
• Ukrainian - fluent, English - intermediate+
