National On Premise (HoReCa) Manager

For us @Red Bull HoReCa channel, which we call On Premise, together with festivals are crucial for building image, sustaining consumer engagement and generating sales.

If all the above describes you - we are happy to welcome you as National On Premise Manager in Red Bull Ukraine!

Your area of responsibility will cover the following:

DEFINE STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS:

• Develop & evaluate annual business plan aiming for volume growth & brand awareness in On Premise
• Identify volume & growth potential per sub-channels, formulate strategies & approaches to realize it
• Develop & implement On Premise vision of shifting cash into added value and brand building concepts
• Oversee the business planning and results within designated On Premise budget.

ENSURE TACTICAL EXCELLENCE:

• Setup and control sales and individual KPI's for On Premise channel and team
• Ensure right integration of our brand into the On Premise universe
• Ensure implementation of international key strategic programs (e.g. Art of Musketeering, High 5s etc.)
• Ensure team developing productive, business relationships with owners & management staff of key on premise accounts in key markets. Cultivation of the national key accounts.

LEAD AND DEVELOP HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL ON PREMISE TEAM:

• Build, develop, and lead all direct reports as well as coach and motivate them for increased productivity
• Establish culture of constant innovation, creative thinking, coaching and open feedback
• Ensure the highest team performance
• Secure and optimize the teamwork with all national business units, especially Off Premise & Marketing.

• 5+ years of management experience with a strong track record of gaining success in the channel
• Strong On Premise industry knowledge and experience in 'the scene'
• Profound analytical, planning and financial skills
• Excellent communication skills, ability to manage and cultivate good relationships
• Strong leadership skills and ability to gain results through others
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
