Job Description

As the Procurement Analyst, you will be acting as a member of the Global Procurement Analyst Team and support markets that drive business growth in hot beverages categories (Coffee, Tea). Report to Global Procurement Excellence manager.

-        Create and maintain SAP Contracts, update prices regularly for contracts, including inforecord and vendor maintenance.

-        Vendor Invoice management, providing root causes analysis on late payments for process improvements.

-        Support monthly cost analysis process.

-        Support AOP process for standard cost setting by providing data analysis to buyers.

-        Support Master Data improvements related to Materials and Vendors.

-        Develop analytical tools and models to improve process compliance and simplification.

-        Supporting on category spend reporting (building, create insights, etc)

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience (understanding Procure2Pay process)
• Knowledge of Excel, MS Office & other tools (SAP, Macros, Power BI is a plus)
• Successful experience of working with cross functional teams
• Ability to work urgency; time management
• Excellent analytical skills, willing to develop yourself and others
• Strong drive, great interpersonal and communication skills, on top of problem solving capabilities.
• English upper-intermediate
