Sales Operations Specialist

A leading IT-outsourcing company with the head-office in Norway is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Specialist (no cold calling) to work in our Kyiv office and to support the Sales team in Norway.

Areas of Responsibility

• Close interaction with Sales Representatives on a daily basis
• Contract Management support
• Sales process follow-up and process support
• CRM User Support

Qualifications

• Knowledge of any Scandinavian languages (senior/graduate students of linguistic faculties can apply)
• Advanced computer skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools would be a plus: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
• Understanding of specifics of Scandinavian mentality and business culture would be a plus
• Self-motivation and ability to work both individually and as a part of a team
• Multitasking
• Being proactive, independent in making decisions
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
• Advanced time management skills.
