Requirements:

• Experience in IT-company 1+ years
  
• Excellent networking skills, strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation
• Upper-intermediate English
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, strong presentation skills, strong analytical skills
• Good knowledge of different recruitment tools, HR practices, interviewing process
• Good team-player, active, hark-working personality

Responsibilities:

• Searching for candidates by using all sources: employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
  
• Coordinating and conducting interviews, coordinating testing when necessary for candidates, writing feedback, discussing candidates with decision makers.
