Requirements:
- Experience in IT-company 1+ years
- Excellent networking skills, strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation
- Upper-intermediate English
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, strong presentation skills, strong analytical skills
- Good knowledge of different recruitment tools, HR practices, interviewing process
- Good team-player, active, hark-working personality
Responsibilities:
- Searching for candidates by using all sources: employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
- Coordinating and conducting interviews, coordinating testing when necessary for candidates, writing feedback, discussing candidates with decision makers.
