ОПИС РОЛІ

Метою посади є підтримка менеджера проекта з питань захисту дітей у проектах місії.

ОСНОВНІ ОБОВ'ЯЗКИ

• Виконувати доручення менеджера проекта;
• Ведення первинної документації Фонду, ведення баз даних Фонду;
• Здійснення контролю над реалізацією програм партнерами Фонду;
• Проведення моніторингу Центрів компактного поселення ВПО;
• Ведення переговорів з партнерами Фонду, надання консультацій з Програм, які реалізує Фонд.
• Контроль за видачею гуманітарної допомоги, проведення моніторингу потреб ВПО.
• Взаємодія з органами місцевої влади, для визначення потреб ВПО, можливої співпраці 

Вимоги: 

Освіта / Кваліфікація: Вища освіта (бакалавр/магістр) в галузі соціальної роботи або іншої суміжної галузі. 

Досвід роботи: 

• Від 1 року досвіду роботи на аналогічній посаді;
• Бажано попередній досвід роботи в NGO;

Знання мови: Вільне володіння українською мовою (усною та письмовою); володіння англійською мовою буде перевагою;

Знання ІТ: Базові знання ІТ (Microsoft Office, Internet).

Навички та якості:

• Організованість;
• Проактивність;

Facilitators in mobile team

Terre des hommes is looking for a proactive, energetic, and organised Facilitators in mobile team, to join its team in Odesa city, to support in the implementation of its projects. Start date: As soon as possible 

Contract: 10 months (with possibility of extension)

Probation period: 3 months

ROLE DESCRIPTION 

The purpose of the position is to support Child Protection Assistant of activities mission projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

• To carry out the instructions of the head of the department;
• Maintenance of the Fund's primary documentation, management of the Fund's databases;
• Monitoring the implementation of programs by the Fund's partners;
• Monitoring of IDP Compact Settlement Centers;
• Conducting negotiations with the Fund's partners, providing consultations on the Programs implemented by the Fund.
• Control over the delivery of humanitarian aid, monitoring the needs of IDPs.
• Interaction with local authorities to determine the needs of IDPs, possible cooperation

YOUR PROFILE 

• Formal education/training, can be compensated with experience (at discretion of evaluation team)
• At least 1-2 experience with similar tasks
• Advance IT knowledge (hardware and software, Microsoft Office, Internet, Server, LINUX).
• Previous experience with an NGO is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and in stressful environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in team management.
• Previous experience in emergency response is appreciated.
• Required qualities: organized, negotiation, proactive, autonomous, rigorous, analytical, willingness and motivation to work in an international and intercultural context, diplomacy, communication skills, sense of human relations.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).
