You are:

• Experienced in Cloud Computing systems, concepts, their benefits and risks.
• An experienced professional in analytics and problem solving;
• A great communicator and a team player
• Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level 
• Completed high education   

With you we will: 

• Support cloud controls required by the Cloud Governance team
• Ensure User recertification has been completed and evidence of it was provided
• Support for the potential missing controls acceptance and sign-off process
• Provide a high standard for support based on SLAs
• Analyze the Root-cause of issues with different types
