Senior Availability and Visibility specialist (POSM, Shopper Marketing)

Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Senior Availability and Visibility specialist position in Kyiv.

Main responsibilities:

• Development of portfolio placement and visibility standards based on shopper’s behavior analysis.
• Development trade equipment and effective planograms, based on customer and shopper needs
• Find opportunities and introduce solution to improve brands visibility, proposing solution for in-store communication for brand activations
• Develop annual visibility plan in line with category and brands priorities, propose new solutions for special brand activations.
• Coordinate design development and production of POPMs and equipment in line with brands plan
• Strong cooperation with sales department (all channels) to find best solution for each channel and client

Main requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as visibility specialist or in POPMs and trade equipment development and production;
• Understanding of shopper behaviors;
• Experience of shopper insights activation into business activities;
• Result focus, proactive cooperation, initiative;
• English advanced.
