Nestle Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for Business Order Administration Specialist, Nespresso team

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure online customer registration, orders and account updates are processed in timely manner before the cut-off time to secure smooth and timely delivery of the orders Identify and prevent fraud through internet channel;
• Work on the implementation of Business Order Administration (BOA) objectives, in line with NBS Lviv strategy;
• Process in timely manner internet validations including new member registration, orders and account updates for Business to Customer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) segment;
• Process E-vouchers validations including new member registration, orders and account updates for B2C segment according to deadlines;
  

Main requirements:

• University degree;
• General knowledge of accounting and reporting standards;
• Strong work ethic, integrity and total honesty (transparency and trust);
• Interest in our products and high passion about coffee is an asset;
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
• Proficiency in Korean (pre-intermediate)
• Proficiency in English (intermediate)
